Mortgage Team Name Needed

I am teaming up with another loan officer in a smaller town market. I am looking for a team name that brands us local and dependable and knowledgeable.

    Who is your primary target audience? Where? What unique benefit should prospective clients expect if they deal with you instead of a different loan officer? Doesn't every local loan officer claim "dependable and knowledgeable?" How/why are you different/better?
