Differentiators Amongst It Consulting Companies

I work for a IT consulting company which has ERP practices(practically all the market leading platforms), product development, application development and maintenance..etc...typically all those things a typical consulting company would do...I work in the marketing team and wonder!! what would be the silver bullet that would floor prospects considering the fact that almost all other companies have similar offerings and other paraphernalia(like quality processes, partnerships, worldwide presence etc...)....Any response would be appreciated!

    o leadership
    o range of products
    o price
    o customer services
    o own an attribute
    o market speciality etc etc

    Positioning
    o Image perception

    o positioning attribites

    o promotional material etc
