Can I Brand All Things Together Ideas For Taglines

Posted by clarkandrea1983 on 25 Points
Hello, I am writing and publishing romance novels and looking into getting my logo (pen name) and a website and I also want to sell shirts, handmade candles, mugs and romance baskets (the basket would have their own name as well) all would designed to fit the genre. Is that a lot to add or overwhelming? Would it all fit together or would it have to be separate? How would I add my brand to the candles and baskets? All under my pen name? Also looking into a tagline to fit all this and it is extremely hard.

Why are you trying to put both of these businesses under one roof?
Is your book audience the same audience who'd likely purchase baskets & candles?
Which of these 2 businesses are nearer and dearer to your heart?

The book is closest to my heart. Yes all are under the same roof...(romance-love)

Whenever you are addressing different audiences, and/or offering different benefits, you need to separate the names, taglines and positionings. Otherwise you will confuse all your audiences and they will not understand who you are or what benefit they can expect.

Don't even consider putting them all under the same umbrella.
