Based on your research, how is your product ideally positioned?
How much of a budget do you have for promotion?

Are you prepared to invest the value of your product in USA? You will probably want a professional business/marketing plan, for starters. Then you will want a marketing plan that lays out the strategy for penetrating the US market.

What is your product? Who is your primary target audience? What unique benefit can your customers expect?

That really depends on what your product is, who will be buying it, where they will be buying it, and how much you can afford to invest in marketing. Can you provide us with any more details?
