Advice To Find Manufacturer Sales Rep.

Our company is small, but fast growing manufacturing company of safe cleaning products in U.S. We are at present seeking Mfg. sales rep. staff (both commission and noncommission) to serve hotel/motel industries and restaurants in NorthEast US. Will appreciate any suggestion how to find these manufacturing sales rep. (besides advertising) and advice on what will be best compensation (base salary and/or commission)
