Subdomains Targetting In Many Gegraphical Region

I have created a subdomain:(https://uk.kelltontech.com/), I want to target this subdomain in a different geographical region other than the region specified in the URL. Is it advisable to do so, or we have to create separate subdomains for other countries that we are targeting?

Also if creating separate subdomains the speed of the main domain will hamper.
