Can you provide more details about the festival? Where? When? Who will be invited to attend? What's the benefit to attending?

Who is your primary target audience? What benefit can they expect if they do whatever it is you want them to do?

Further to the questions raised by Jay Hamilton-Roth & mgoodman, will this be a 'private' function or event or will it be open to members of the public in your area?

What type of entertainment will be there; eg, a few speeches only to the gathering, or promotional booths from sponsors, or some featured musicians, or dancing by attendees?
