Help Needed Developing Sales Compensation Plans
My company is in the process of defining a sales compensation plan for a salesforce that is selling a OTC product to various retail outlets. We have set up B2B compensation plans in the past but are not sure if we should structure a B2C commission plan in the same manner. We would appreciate any feedback that could help us ensure we have a plan that meets the standards in this area.
