New Ideas For Foot Traffic At Car Dealership

I am marketing director at a local television station. There is a dealership in town that has recently changed ownership and would like to get the word out with a foot traffic promotion in conjunction with our TV station. I am looking for alternatives to a car give away promotion. (Which I already was able to get great ideas for from this site.) I am looking for some way to entice folks to a car lot without the allure of a free car. Any ideas?

    How about sending a Birthday Card out to the CAR!!! for previous customers who bought a car last year, i was reading about how a car dealer that did this and it resulted in a lot more car sales from previously satisfied customers.

    A NASCAR simulator will draw alot of traffic. 75 million fans nationwide are NASCAR fans. Call Trackside Sales @ 704-258-7955 they have a NASCAR simulator that is an actual racecar that can time laps . Who ever has the fastest lap wins the Grand Prize

    How about offering the lowest price guarantee for that vehicle. If the client can find a similar vehicle with the same mileage, options and condition for less, offer them the difference back between what they paid you in the form of a rebate. Price guarantee is the way to go. Now i have another way of getting 1/3 of those clients back to the dealership in one year or less.
    However, you must have a service center as well in order for this to work.
