The recommendations below assume you have e-mails of the customers you wish to survey. If you don't have e-mails, a lot of Universities have study groups and MBA groups looking to do the type of research you are trying to do. They usually have access to first rate applications. Being in the "financial" industry, may limit your options due to privacy issues. I'm not sure you are affected, but make sure you look into what information you may share with third parties before proceeding with one.

Take a look at Question Pro www.questionpro.com. They have a nice pricing method and offer a lot of flexibility in their product. Zoomerang also offers good survey capabilities. They can be reached at www.zoomerang.com. I'm not familiar with their pricing though.

    Hi kpatti,

    Another good company is www.SurveyMonkey.com

If you go to the bottom of this link below you will also see a big list of their competitors, they are confident enough in their competitive edge to provide this information, and if they aren't a good fit you are sure to find somebody that fits your wants, needs and budget.

    I hope that helps.
