What kind of employees? The article should be relevant to the kinds of employees you're evaluating.

Are you managing a construction crew, a technical organization, a retail operation, an outside sales force, a marketing department? And what industry -- consumer packaged goods, B2B, product or service, long/short purchase cycle, etc.

And what's the objective? Is this for helping them improve performance, giving them raises and promotions, or some other purpose?
