I Would Like To Find Out From The Experts On How I

I am a 27 year old black businessman who is about to conclude major business deals in the IT sector with overseas partners and local partners.However i just heard that before I can introduce overseas companies to my business opportunities I need to charge an introduction fee even for my local partners.

How do I finish the process without destroying the potential of this deal

    The "However i just heard that..." makes this scenario seem a little difficult to understand. Assuming this deal didn't happen overnight, and you are not working from some checklist ("Ok, next step, collect introduction fees, DOH!") this new revelation should have not come as a surprise. So helping us understand a little more would be helpful.

    If this is news to everyone involved in this deal, you might not have very many options before you.

    If it's your business, you can set your pricing however you want.

    But first you need to understand your own business model, and your cost structure, so your pricing can be both realistic and will reflect your income expectations.

    Have you done a business plan? Why not?
