What Is Modern Marketing Mix?

I think there are more elements than 4p's as traditional marketing mix has mentioned. But I don't know what are they exactly. May you differentiate them in details?

    Hi amypham83,

    Much is said now about the four "P's" being four "'P's" and a "C".

    The C is for CRM, "Customer Relationship Management".

    CRM entails all aspects of interaction a company has with its customer, whether it be sales or service related.

    Organizations are now looking for ways to personalize online experiences through software and Web development applications.

    It is very important to consider the R's:

    Relations: Customer Relations (You need to develop: customer knowledge, emotional intelligence, creativity, strategy).

    Retention: Customer Retention (To maintain and focus in your present customers, don't let them go, good service)

    Referrals: Customer Referrals (Invite your customers to introduce you new prospects)

    Recovery: Customer Recovery (The faults aren't the problem, you need to focus in recovery them).
