Know-how News Temporarily Suspended

Hi all. Two weeks ago when our last biweekly newsletter went out, we ran into some problems with the broadcast. You know what I mean if you were one of those who received duplicate copies. Sorry about that!

It seems our list has outgrown our in-house email delivery system. So we're in the process of moving it to My Emma or CheetahMail. There's some setup that needs to happen to make sure our unsubscribe requests are processed correctly. We're waiting on that programming right now.

Once the delivery system is ready, we will resume publication. It could be a few weeks. But I think that's better than bugging all of you with duplicate copies of the newsletter, etc. So stay tuned. We'll be back in production shortly.

    I'm hoping we'll be back in production by the end of the year. That tech project is #3 on the priority list at the moment. So, unless something big comes up, we should be there in a few weeks.

    I'm doing great! Writing customer service articles and making plans to go into the Nightingale Conant studio in the beginning of the new year to do a major recording. Life's treating me very, very well. Thanks for asking. You're the greatest Val.
