Are in-house marketing agencies (IHAs) trusted by their clients? Are clients satisfied with the creativity and strategic thinking of IHAs? Is the work of IHAs aligned with the business?

To find out, the In-House Agency Forum (IAHF) and Forrester surveyed 281 in-house agency marketers and their internal corporate clients.

Some 57% of client respondents and 49% of IHA respondents say trust is very high between the in-house agency and and its clients.

Some 63% of client respondents and 62% of IHA respondents say clients are highly or mostly satisfied with the creativity and strategic thinking of the in-house agency.

Some 59% of client respondents and 46% of IHA respondents say that the work of the in-house agency is highly aligned with the business.
