Need A Tagline - Real Estate Agent

Posted by Anonymous on 250 Points
Hi,

My name is Maria Santayana. I am a new Real Estate Agent and am putting together my first marketing campaigne.

Local papers are full of agents proclaiming why they are the best, years of experience etc. I want my tagline to appeal to Vendors (middle class housing) and am looking for something addressing peoples fears or pain. I do not work for the cheapest company and we are coming out of a boom so the market is relatively flat. I do not want to emphasise my newness to the industry in print. Vendors main fears/problems are:

stress of moving
lack of time
fear of surprises
fear of not achieving a good price for their home

My main qualities are:

Honesty
Enthusiasm
Persistance
Hard working
Emphasis on communication

I need a short punchy tagline (something that STANDS OUT) and a promotional speil not exceeding 20 - 40 words.

Thank you so much for your help! At a bit of a loss here so all help appreciated. :)

Maria

PS. Have searched the forums and found a couple ideas but nothing that jumps out yet.

Send me a document in plain english that describes to me what your strategy is with regards to approaching your clients that seperates you from your competition. More detail the better. Your main qualities are strong but they are often too similar to every good real estate agent, and there are a LOT of them out there. Tell me about how you deliver an experience to your client and what you do "behind the scenes" to make you different from others in the same field. I think I can help offer some good taglines for you that will help you focus on a "niche" area in the real estate field and position yourself as an expert and "trusted advisor"

    Are you up to it?

    Good luck.

    Hi Joseph,

Will send you an email. Am also adding a bit more detail here for the benefit of anyone else who is interested in answering my question.

I am 27, have been in sales for years and am passionate about property as an investment. I have been a licensed agent for about two weeks. Have gotten off with a bang though with two exclusive listings in my first 10 days.

In New Zealand agents are generally 50+. You do get a few young ones but it is quite a mature industry. IMO, it is still quite behind with regards to technology as well.

Client experience? I want to offer a service with a young and fresh flavour. Lots of enthusiasm. Great rapport. "Can't" is not in my vocabulary. I don't BS people, will tell them straight if there is a problem and will then assist them in finding a solution. Am there, not just to promote and sell the house, but to support the vendor throughout the whole process.

    Ncinspections,

Will send you an email. I agree about the boasting. Boasting is boring for the client because it's all about you. Why should they be interested? Nothing in it for them.

My boss has suggested a tagline like,

Maria Santayana .... Enthusiasm plus Action = Results!

    Thoughts anyone?

    Hi There!!

    Try this,

    1. Honest man for real job.
    2. Action Meets Perfection = Maria Santayana
    3. Maria Santayana = Honest + Hardworking

    I hope this will help!

    Regards,

    Hi again,

Joseph, tried to email you but is boucning back?

Ncinspections, can't find an email for you under your profile.

Thanks all for your feedback. So far I like Franks tagline - "Taking the pain out of Real Estate..". Have used that in some recent advertising so we'll see what happens.

    Many thanks.
