Need Help W/ A Name For Landscaping Business

My name is Jessica Atherton, I am a stay-at-home mother of 3 children and I am planning to start a home-based landscaping business. I am having some difficulties coming up with a business name and tag line. I don't want the usual "so & so's Landscaping", but I also want the name to pertain to the landscaping and gardening genre. I've tried coming up with something using "Mother of Pearl" (Pearl is my daughter's name), but I can't get it to work for me, so I'm trying anything else.

    Hi Jessica,

    I think Mother of Pearl, could be a nice brand but you need to establish a strong tag to define what mother of pearl is and its value propositions. Otherwise you would need to use a more "traditional" name. Therefore I would suggest:

    Mother of Pearl Gardens, Landscapes and Design Services

    Mother of Pearl Gardens, Landscaping and Lawn Care

    Mother of Pearl, Gardens, Landscapes and Lawns- we make your home a showplace

    Thank you so much for all your suggestions and I do like how you've used Mother of Pearl. What about something with Lily...its my favorite flower and most of My gardens around the house are Lily inspired.

    Jessica, thought about this for a day or two and wondered several things... how do your other children fit in, style of design or direction you prefer to go...hard ie walls, ponds, tress etc or soft centered on designing flower beds and giving variety suggestions?

    Without knowing any of those I've jumped in with both feet anyway. Thinking Pearl, Lily, garden and a feminine versus male touch to create a colourful space with a popular colour palette.

    I have other ideas but the iridescent colours of Monet et al, Mother of Pearl, soap bubbles and some butterfly wings etc seem to hit a pleasant chord with everyone.

    I like what NovaHammer has come up with so far....and my two boys are Ray and Cade (K-ade). I'm still working on a business plan, so when I'm done with that, I'll be choosing the name that fits.
