Need Tagline

My company is HR Confidential, provider of human resources solutions such as interim HR coverage at small -medium business, or completing an outsourced human resources project for any sized company. My service categories include: Strategic Planning, Organizational Development, Compensation Strategies, Staffing & Recruitment, Employee Relations, & Training & Development.   I also offer a Resume Services for Job Seekers.

Right now, my tag line is HR Confidential, Your trusted partner in strategic HR solutions.

Other tag lines already taken from companies in my field are:
* HR: Leading People, Leading Organizations
* We help you maximize profitability through people
* Partnering for learning and growth
* Outhinking. Outsourcing.
* Your human resource connection.
* Empowering People. Optimizing Organizations.
* Link People, systems, & strategy around cooperation.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. It needs to be corporate not cutsy.

    why change....
    I like what you have and feel with brands and tag lines too many people change at the drop of a hat. This creates the new Coke - old Coke syndrome. Stability is a good thing in branding....

    because of our staff's extensive experience (19+ years) in hr executive management for many sized companies across various industries, we are able to provide solutions that requires minimal resources (time, money, staff effort)from our client for maximum return. Unlike many of our competitors who offer "one size fit all solutions" or "five course or premium services equating to more $$$), we prioritize, customize, and implement the 20% of hr solutions that will have the most impact (in terms of value or customer perception) now on the specific organization. Many of our smaller business clients appreciate this differentiation because they have limited resources and are just looking to implement the critical (top 20%) now.
