Catchy Title For Presentation On Equine Colic

I am working on a presentation about Equine Colic. I need help finding a catchy title to gain someone's interest in the presentation. If it helps to think of ideas, colic is the number one killer of horses. It is adominal pain. And since horses can't throw up, burp, etc. it makes them want to roll. Having done that, they will twist up their intestines and can die. If you catch it in time then the horse most likely survives. That is only the basic part about colic. Anyway, I hope I can get help on this subject. Thank you!

    Some may see this reference to :"horse of a different color"
