thanks guyz for the suggestions so far...-

"your continued loyalty is our biggest asset
    - our customers are our biggest asset
    - Come once stay forever
    - Our Customers shop here once and comeback forever"

I like these ones but still think they lack a bit of marketing zest.

btw, the industry is "tech support"

I like the points raised about customers who are coming back - if you look at it a certain way it does not sound good!

so,I need a tagline something along the lines of

"you would recommend us to your friends" or something like that....

also, 7/10 customers say to us that "oh technology is great when its working but when it goes wrong its a nightmare"
could anybody here turn that into a snappy tagline....

    thanks guyz.

Our Customer's Mantra after dining at our IT table.

Rare to see this Medium so Welldone!
Rare to see this Medium so Welldone!
Rare to see this Medium so Welldone!

Mantra - (Skt.): Literally, "mind-protection." Expressions of enlightened speech, mantras are recited in order to protect the mind of the practitioner from ordinary perceptions by identifying with the wisdom speech of the deity.

Hoping that the idea of "dining at your table" implies repeat visits out of satisfaction at your banquet of IT choices.

Using 'Rare, Medium and Welldone' as in cooking but also comparing the IT world to a new hitech e-'Medium' versus the old fashioned print and radio broadcast mediums.

Mantra/review could be mouthed by 3 different satisfied clients/boards or CEOs etc.

Hope this gives you some other food for thought!
