One Way Links- Microsites

Three part question:

1) Do Micro-sites. with keyword links back to your main website homepage, enhance your organic web ranking.

2) If you are buying domains and just wanting to set up a simple WYSIWYG one-page site, what's the best hosting and simple webpage design program to use.

3) What's the best way to submit this micro-sites to the search engines to get their attention!

    Rather than create a microsite try looking at creating a blogsite with wordpress. My company has had great results with blogs in terms of driving business to the client's main site. They are more quickly indexed, easier to update and by using Wordpress you have some respect as they don't allow advertising if they host it.

    Be sure to set up categories if you use Wordpress https://www.wordpress.com, it makes all the difference.

    Bottom Line: Rather than put all that effort into a microsite, put that time into your own site, enhancing it, finding relative one-way links and if necessary, a blog you will maintain. We have proven results that this works.
