Name Needed For My Crafting Business

I'm staring a new country crafting business. I'll be making items myself such as bake shop grubby candles and soaps, woodcrafts, simple sewns items, etc.
I am from Canada, so I'm not really interested in words like 'primitive', 'americana'. The name definitely needs to relate to consumers that it is for 'country' crafts.
I am also fond of gingerbread men, I will likely be using these in my graphics, website.

Any suggestions would be appreciated. It's hard to come up with something original, but representative.
