Tagline Needed For A Full-service Remodeling Business

Posted by Anonymous on 250 Points
Hi,
We're opening a remodeling company that is truly full-service, and are having trouble coming up with a tagline that conveys our unique services w/o sounding hackneyed. No one else offers what we do.

With one phone call, the client can get their current house turn-key ready for the realtor and/or their new home ready for move-in. Our company offers all exterior services from roof to foundation repairs and everything in between, along with full landscaping services. We do ALL inside remodeling too, including: windows, paint, flooring, kitchen and bath makeovers, etc. While many companies offer these things, we also offer interior design services, Staging, and house cleaning all to prepare the house for market. When required, we can stay on-site 24 hours a day, for added jobsite security.

Originally, we used the slogan, "One Call Does It All!" because we're full service. However, we quickly found that this slogan is used prolifically, for all types of remodeling companies - even if they only do one thing, such as windows! Needless to say, we need to redo our tagline. I am at a complete loss, and would be grateful for any suggestions.

Here's some additional info, which might be helpful. We are in a large metropolitan area in the Pacific Northwest. Our clients are home owners with homes valued at 375,000-600,000. They are usually not first-time buyers, and are sometimes real estate investors looking to flip the home or set up high income rental properties. Our demographic is adults 25-50 years old. Our company's marketing concept is very urban and modern. The company name is [name deleted by staff]. We have two questions - what do you think of this slogan, "Do it all with just one call" and could you please suggest a tagline?
Thanks!

Like your proposition. Seems that you really have two target markets:

    - People that want to get the place ready for sale (their pain - there is a lot to do and it's a drag to have to do it or coordinate people to do all these things and it often takes a long time. In fact, the thought of having to do this might even put us off moving...)

    - People that have just bought a place which needs bringing up to scratch (their pain - superhuman effort needed to get all this done before moving in. And if you have to move in first, it generally takes a very long time to get round to doing it all).

Whilst the purchase and sale motivations of home owners and real estate investors may be different, the common requirement is "readiness" (to sell, resell, rent).

Leveraging off Michelle's suggestions, what occurs to me is:

[name deleted by staff] - The House Readiness People

[name delete by staff] - Your House, Ready!
