Need Catchy Benefit Statement Super Fast!!!

Posted by Anonymous on 250 Points
Hiya,
I am re-writing some old DM for our Conveyancing software provider and need a catchy benefit statement as our old one is just dull!! The old one is 'ConveyanceLink will help you maximise resources, reduce costs and become even more profitable.' zzzzzzzz!! I was thinking of possibly putting a fab quote from an existing client...........any ideas anyone?!
Many thanks
xx

The only suggestion I can make with so little information is for you to find out what makes your client different from their competitors and is most beneficial to the prospect.

Testimonials are great, but you probably need this statement as well. The sales folk call this an "elevator pitch". That is a statement that clearly explains and catches the interest of the prospect in the time it takes to get to the prospect’s floor in an elevator. Value propositions (marketing’s name for an elevator pitches) are hard to do and requires you know your client company well. I don’t think anyone can come with this but you.

Many thanks Harry, you sound very knowledgeable about the business. I am one of only two people in our marketing dept and as the most literate of the two I tend to get lumbered with writing these things...sometimes they just come to me and sometimes they don't! I think you're right about needing a statement rather than just a testimonial. Better get my thinking cap back on!
