New bistro owned by 2 former Emeril chefs. Small place, VERY service oriented, fanatastic, unique food. Kitchy breakfast & lunch. Husband and wife team Christian and Leah own.

    What kind of food are they serving? Is it Americana, Latin, Asian, Creole, Fusion...? Also, what is their locale?

    Hi Tenacious,

    This Bistro is in Wisconsin. They serve a variety of food. They like to put their own spin on favorites. So while there are some New Orleans type dishes, they also do a grilled cheese with tomato soup that is to die for! Price is very affordable too...$8 to $10 for most entree's. Not so much Asian but a mix of traditional Americana and specialty stuff. Everything is fresh...even hand squeezed orange juice. Oh, and seating is either in the dinning room or at the "Chef's Bar" where you can watch your meal being prepared.

    Here are a few ideas:

    Fresh food and a fresh experience

    Signature bistro creations

    Make your meal an event (something along the lines of making breakfast/lunch/dinner an experience, not just something you do to survive)

    Everyday fresh food/ everyday fresh creations

    Modern bistro/ Fresh bistro creations for today's tastes
