Tag Line For New Tax Consulting Group Meeting

Our Strategic Tax Consulting Group known as SFTS will be conducting a combination Team Building and "Thank you for a great year" meeting. We have 3 distinctly different groups under SFTS. I am struggling with a slogan and/or tag line that depicts team building and star quality people who make it happen. Originally I proposed "ad astra" Roman for "to the stars" - the execs prefer English and with no more than 3 words. Your help would be REALLY appreciated.

    The Best Get Better is a theme I have heard. The Leadership Challenge is another. Each depending on the goals of the meeting.

    How about this:

    "Your Insight = Our Growth"

    This touches upon the fact that it has been a team effort all year long and the each and every employee has made a difference. It simply says that you couldn't do it without them.
