Our firm is having a rollout of promotional items given internally along with a six month plan of communicating new ways of refreshing things even as simple as how we answer the phone and the way we dress at work and going down to the lobby to get clients instead of "sending them up".
I'm looking for slogans and sayings or quotes that are good motivational CLIENT SERVICE type of messages I can have printed on these promotional items we will be placing in their chairs once a week for six months. It is simply to remind them that the client is king and that they are there to serve in a position to their best, friendliest ability.
If you have any ideas please pass them on. One time I was moved in the line of an oil lube place getting my car serviced when i saw a plaque on their wall that read, simply the way you answer the phone may be the difference in them being your client or your competitors client. I thought that was pretty neat and along the lines of the witty ways to think about things....
Thanks!
