Thank you for taking the time to respond to my question.

Yes, we have decided on a name already. Our service will be offered in SE Asia. We are inspired to be similar to Starwood (Operator of Sheraton Hotels) but at a much smaller scale since our market is much smaller. We are targeting any real esate developer that want us to manage the day-to-day operation for them once it launches its property.

Our weakness is that we are a brand new company that is trying to get into this tough market and compete with some of the bigger brands out there.

Our strengths are that we will be able to offer a very low price structure in order to get into the door and built our brand. We will be able to offer an experience staffs that will remove your headache from the day-to-day operations. We also understand the local culture (we are born here) much better than most of the other international companies that currently operate here.
