Action Tagline For Slowing Realtor Market

As the market is changing, I want to show that I am still making things happen. I tend to be more of a consultant vs a hard sell and people like that. I have strong marketing and communication skills and am very personal. Some taglines I have thought of but don't love are:

Making it Happen!
Focsued on Results
Bringing your dreams Home


I would like to have a verb in my tagline so it is action oriented. I appreicate your input! Thanks!!

    I'm starting my 3rd year in the business and do feel that I have a track record and am no longer a "newbie".
    I think I posted that after I had been in business one year. I have been using the tagline real estate with a personal touch and I believe it is now to soft for the marketplace.

    I am out meeting people face-to -face and agree with you that is the best way. I am having a mini brochure done about me and feel a tagline is needed. Thanks.

    Thanks for these- In this market- I am working with buyers too who like my patience and negotiating skills. I don't want to leave out either the seller or the buyer. I know you can't be all things to all people- but I take the business where I can get it :)

    Thank you and I really love your direction regarding today's market.

    I would probably change it to Your Realtor for Today's Market.

    It doesn't have the "action" that I was looking for- but it definitely seems appropriate.

    Any other thoughts out there?
