Ideas On Conducting A Valuable Customer User Conference
Every year we execute an annual conference. The attendees are a mix of past/current clients and prospects as well. We have a keynote (usually motivational) and then have a healthy mix of presenters of case studies utilizing our own employees and clients. It is a forum whereby ideas are shared and much networking takes place. Clients actually pay a fee of $895 plus their own travel expenses to attend. How can we maintain a high level of attendance as our response has been suffering. Should we eliminate the fee? What other inducements can we offer a) clients to attend and present, and b) prospects to want to come and learn about our company? Eliminate keynote and have all industry related speakers?
