Valentine's Day Theme For A Tasting Menu On Vday

Last year i had Recipe's for Seduction where i featured aphrodisiacs on the menu items, the year before i had "Let us serenade you" with musical themes like "Aquarian Aria" for the fish course and "Orchard Prelude" for salad. This year i have less then 2 weeks and i cant think of anything... please help. Thanks

    February is also Heart month - let's do heart healthy foods. Maybe even contribute a little something from each tab to the Heart Association....
