Tagline For A Non-profit Isp

We are a nonprofit Internet service provider, and are looking for a new tag line. We are in a small mountain, tourism-driven community - with less than 10K people. We offer dial-up and broadband 3-10 meg down, 1-3 meg up)...for under $45 / month. We are the low-cost provider in our market. We are expanding our product offerings into hosting / web design / hardware repair / network support. We are the only remaining local provider (although are competitors falsely claim this (since they are backed by external investors)....We are considering Geek Squad (IT / networking / repair inhome supoport) like services too....

We are in search of a clever tagline...we are not positive about what truly resonates with our customers, whether it be speed, service, or local feel.

Any insight as to what compels people to select their ISPs?

    I don't think people care if you are local as long as you provide good service at an affordable price.
