Need A Tag Line For A New Recruiting Company

I am starting a new recruiting company called Angels on Assignment. It is a for profit, however all profits will be targeted to support a non profit social enterprise that creates social programs for the poor in the inner city. I'm not sure I can combine the two? I need a good tag line, I have come up with. Transforming lives & community's or Lifting up people & community or Recruiting with a higher purpose. The best so far is "Recruiting with a Social Mission"

    Angels on Assignment - Social Mission with a Hire Purpose.

    Sorry I just couldn't resist but I think if you rework it, you have something that speaks to both what you do and what you intend to do with some or all of the profits.

    You might want to think about the tag line as a call to action.

    "Engage in a Hire Purpose for yourself and for the Community"
