Construction Management...need Tagline

Hello,
Our company is called City Core Commercial Contracting. We are affiliated with City Core Developments. Our company offers services that include concept/pre-construction consulting,project management,and contracting (building)with our own staff.
We are preparing a marketing package and would like a memorable tagline/slogan to go with it.

    Hi. One of the most important purposes of a tagline is to position your company against the competition. Since you haven't really said what it is that makes your service different than that of others, I will take a few guesses based on what I can imagine are important values to your target audience:

    The strength is in the Core!

    Working for you and with you

    We manage so you can rest

    Our expertise brings you peace of mind
