Catholic School Tagline

Posted by Anonymous on 250 Points
We are doing a branding exercise and I am trying to come up with a really good tagline for our school. Any help would really be appreciated. We are a Catholic Elementary School and our name is St. Andrew Academy. Immediate response would be so very helpful.

Thank you!!

What do you want to accomplish with the tagline?
Are you solidifying your current image?
Are you trying to change your current image?
What sets you apart from other schools and other catholic schools that may be in your area?
If the school is focused on a higher education you can use something like the following:
Education as high as the heavens
    Foundation to a higher education
Keep your child one step ahead
If the school is focused on a comprehensive education use something like the following:
Guidance for the mind, body and soul
Where guidance is not only for the mind but also for the heart.
    If focused on religion:
Tie in something related to who St. Andrews was and what he accomplished.

    Hope this helps

I've sent my son to a Catholic elementary school for the past 8 years. St. Joseph's does not have a tagline, but are known as a "Blue Ribbon School of Excellence". That's an important credential. You might find a more specific tagline by surveying the parents as to why they send their children there.
If I had to come up with one for our school, it would be "A Community that Cares". It just depends what your school is known for or what you want to be known for.
    God bless.

More As on your child's report card than in our name.
We teach your child good values.
    We produce all-around good graduates.
Have faith in a good education.
    Strong minds and strong character

Judyjudyjudy has an extremely good point! Ask the parents why they send their kids there and if you get a dominant answer, roll with that.
    A few more...
"A+ School that Cares" (with the A+ in red handwritting)
"A+ School that Achieves" (A+ in red handwritting)
"A+ School that Exceeds" (A+ in red handwritting)
"A+ School for your Child's Mind, Body, and Soul"

    I also like mdlugozima's...

    Hope this helps
