Naming A Company Newsletter

My company is looking to name our newsletter; which consists of updates from different departments, a letter from the managing partner, sales reps standings, etc.

-We are in the financial services industry (insurance and investments).
-Our newsletter is in-house, only being sent monthly to our employees (approx. 100)
-Our Managing Partner's last name is "Beer", which could be used for some humor!
- "Impact" is a word that we really connect with as an organization.
-We are located in sunny southern California!

Any ideas ASAP would be great!!

    I would recommend against using Beer's name in the title or tagline -- only because it's not sensitive to any (current or future) employees that are recovering alcoholics. Also, I assume that's not what you want to connect your employees with. It would be better, IMHO, to use the name to reinforce the values your employees share (or you want them to share).
