A Testing Lab For The Oil And Gas Business

We are looking at a new name for a lab that specializes in testing core samples of oil and gas samples from the ocean floor and determining if these 'mini samples' prove whether oil below the surface will be highly profitable oil (light) or less profitable (crude and heavy) oil. This testing is vital before spending millions on drilling. The lab is located close to the source and can give results in days vs having to be shipped by land to labs 10 days away and causing length delays. Would like a benefit name to this "speed" of results and the fact we are close in proximity.

    I think indicating speed would be a great idea. The phrase "time is money" is very much applicable in the oil industry. I also think that even though you are offering a unique service with your on site lab, indicating reliability, quality of testing, and ease of working with you will make it worth their while.

    Yes. Its competitor labs use the same process and proedures - the one USP that this lab can offer is 1. Its in the backyard of potential clients which means it be turned around in 2 days vs 10-20 days.
