Restaurant Consulting Name And Tagline Needed

hi there! i am starting a restaurant consulting business and like everyone else here i am completely lost for a catchy name. i would love for the name to have a touch of class and style. it will be geared towards more fine dining but i would be open to all clients of course.

    I have a couple of questions for you...

    What kind of food do you sell?
    What area are you in?
    What kind of people are you trying to market to?

    we are in chicago. i actually won't sell food. i will be helping new restaurant owners (and struggling current restaurant owners) get organized and ready to open a successful business. i will set up systems and train staff and get the bookkeeping together. basically, i will allow a regular person off the street to fulfill their dream of opening a restaurant with me doing all the setup so they are ready to open with a successful knowledgeable team.
