In Search Of A Catchy Tag-line For Brochure

Hi,

I am in search for a catchy tag-line for our aparment/townhouse community "Welcome Cards", brochures, and other other marketing material we handout. Here are some of the things we offer:

UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT. We offer luxurious townhomes and apartments with the amenities you deserve, at a price you can afford. With three spacious floor plans to choose from and a location only minutes away from the mall,

    How about something simple that portrays what every apartment complex strives for. That home/neighborhood/community atmosphere that you find in a house in the suburbs.

    People don't care about "new management" (if the old management left, there must've been a problem, so why highlight it?). What they care about is their home: price, safety, community, "location" (and secondarily: parking, commute, and services).

    Luxury and location are both within easy reach.
    Easy access to affordable luxury
    Convenient luxury for people who are going places
    You can afford to not be bored.
