Name For Women's Build

I work for a non-profit that provides affordable housing. We're working on a 'women's build' where women of all ages will build a home from frame to finish; however, I cannot use the title "Women's Build" as it is taken by another organization. Any suggestions? Note: I need this to sound sophisticated and yet fun... I have come up with 'Chics with Sticks', but its a little border line and 'Women on the Worksite' or 'Women at Work' doesn't seem to fit the bill either.

    Sweet! That sounds like something I'd love to get involved with... great idea!

    I'm just going to start throwing out ideas to get you thinking, like in a brainstorm. So feel free to laugh out loud (I can't hear you from here :)

    Women with work belts
    Feminine from Frame to Finish
    Power tool Princesses
    Construction Queens
    Queens of the Concrete
    Real Women can Build (play off YCC's- Real Men Can Cook)
    Pretty with Power tools
    Project: Chic's Construct (everything sounds better with a “project” in front of it ;)

    One more thought...

    Thinks about doing a nostalgic throw-back to American Icon Rosie the Riveter: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rosie_the_Riveter

    This could also help theme your advertising and recruiting, you could create photos or 50s style cartoon images that mimic this famous, feminine icon.

    I think Women with Work Belts would fit great with images like this. Or you could use different taglines with different heroic images of women, like: Carly the Carpenter, Wendy the Welder, or Sheri she Sander. You could create different ads based on these characters, with the common "women build" theme.

    Awesome Feedback on this... I'm going to use some of these to feed my imagination on more names... I liked Women with Work Belts and Pretty in Power Tools... Keep the ideas coming!

    I like Poised to Build and something with level & Ladies... tag line was fantastic about the glass ceiling. Still looking for something that rolls off the tongue.

    Alright folks... I think we have a winner! I loved all the ideas... but the one that passed through all the upper management was 'Ladies & Ladders'. Thank you so much for contributing to this... I'm going to use some of the others as a way to pitch the idea to the community, so many others will get used! Thank you again!
