Know-How Exchange : Taglines/Names

My company is a non-profit, affordable housing organization that offers homeowners a zero-interest, no-profit mortgage. We build homes utilizing volunteers and donors partnering with the homeowners. Our company is located in Lee County, Florida. I need to come up with a name and marketing strategy for my company.

Another non-profit uses this same model I described, Habitat for Humanity. So I need something that doesn't include these words.
