Name/ Tagline For A Real Estate Development Company

Need a unique name for a new company based in Cairo , Egypt that develops and markets real estate properties in several countries. ranging from North African countries to Monte Negro in Eastern Europe. The properties vary from small studios to unique villas, on beach fronts.
I need the name to be trendy and easy to say, no matter what your origin might be. I am targeting the scandinavian market as well as the European, Russian and Egyptian market. I also want a Tagline to go with the chosen name. Its difficult due to how dynamic the company is.

    Hi thank you some interesting names but not there yet, Why did you think of ZEN ? I am curious about the logic behind the name. Its the one that i found most interesting.

    Zen was short and unusual. I thought that it might have a universal appeal and be widely known.

    Since the properties that you are dealing with were those such as small studios and unique villas on beach fronts, it seemed that the people who might be interested in them would be knowledgable about, if not actually practicing meditation which is part of what Zen is about.

    My other thought was that the name would evoke a sense that things would go smoothly in business, that there would be a sense of harmony throughout the process.
