Help With A Catchy Real Estate Phrase

Hello, with the market being down, I am looking to catch my potential clients with a really good phrase that describes my dedication, willingness to help and service they are bound to have with me.

Can anyone help me...?

    How about emphasizing that you can sell homes? That is what the market needs a real estate agent that can sell no matter what the market conditions are. Sell that you can sell!

    Think about it from a prospects point of view. Would you decide to buy a house or sell a house with someone because of a catchy phrase? A catchy phrase does nothing more than capture the prospects attention for a few seconds. What are you going to do with them after that? How do you prove that you're different than the countless other real estate agents out there trying to do the same thing? Tricks, gimmicks and ploys do not work. My advice is to be genuine, think in terms of what the prospect wants and develop a system to cultivate those prospects into your raving fans.

    However, I'm not looking to hook or send tricks for work. I'm looking for a phrase to get a prospect thinking...hey, there is still hope in the real estate market.

    I'm not sure if you're an estate agent or an estate owner. How about you give your prospects an emotional selling proposition (it always works in Real Estate Market) something like- "We build Homes, not houses/blocks," or "A home is much more than just 4 walls..."

    Also, it would help us help you if you could specify who your prospects are.
