I'd suggest "24/7 Social Services" to make sure your name less ambiguous.

A clock would be redundant. Why not a styled image of the Washington Memorial (or other major landmark) ringed by people holding hands (different colored people)? This conveys people working together locally.

    After Hours Social Services
    Night & Day Social Services
    Never Too Late Social Services
Big Hand, Little Hand Social Services (clock image, plus show an adult holding a child's hand)

    Family Services Agency
    Services, Staffing 24/7

I would have a logo of a child at a desk, a young adult in a wheelchair and maybe a steaming mug of coffee. And while it sounds large, it doesn't have to be that large.

I like the idea of using the clock hands analogy to its fullest. Something like "Big hands helping little hands" or "Big hands helping little hands any time of day."

I think something like Hickory Dickory Social Services or Ten'O Clock Scholars or something with a clock theme would be better than 24/7 social services. 24/7 sounds like a convenience store.

found a neat little nursery ryhme for you
    "There's a neat little clock,--
    In the schoolroom it stands,--
And it points to the time
    With its two little hands.

And may we, like the clock,
Keep a face clean and bright,
    With hands ever ready
    To do what is right."

Maybe that helps you define how you add value for the clients who will seek you out.

    best of luck
    Phil
