Hi I want to start a medical practice (family medicine) .... any good suggestions for a catchy name? It would be better if it is based on the Bible.

Family Arc Medical Center (based on Noah's Arc)

I really like the Family Arc M.C.

The only alternative I can think of would be:

Good Samariten Medical Center (or clinic).

Tagline: care for everyone on all walks of life.

I think you should keep a name that gives a positive feeling to the patients. A feeling that says that, no matter what the disease or illness, they will be healed or cured. Therefore i propose:
1."HOLY CURE"
2."HOLY HEAL"
3."HOLY HEALING"
4."HOLY HEALER"
5."HEALING ANGEL"
