Suggestions for a tagline?

AchieveAbility is an award-winning nonprofit that helps disenfranchised families, and the community to achieve long-term, sustainable self-sufficiency through well-rounded development (focusing on education up to a college degree; parenting skills; finance and employment; personal development and life skills) of children and families; community and economic development; housing development and property management and community and economic development. High standards for accountability and achievement distinguish us from other nonprofits. We offer a balance of challenge and support for our clients. Our services are broad (comprehensive array) and deep (intensive - clients stay with us for years until they get their college degrees, have savings, repaired their credit, etc).     I am reminded of either the Home Depot or Lowe's slogan, "You can do it, we can help." I have a question: do you want this tagline to speak to your clients, or the community - including volunteers? Put another way, is the goal of your tagline to get disenfranchised families to take advantage of your services, to get people to volunteer, and/or to create brand awareness in the community? Here's my first pass:

    We all grow strong together.
    Reach up, reach out and take action.

    Yes, we would like the tagline to appeal to all those constituences - the clients, the staff, volunteers, and donors - and to create a strong brand identity and awareness.
