First, what does your event name mean to you?

The term "Parade" is really about a kind of procession, perhaps with military connotations, and it jars with my meaning of a rock event, and your explanation of what you are planning, which sounds like some kind of huge multi-day concert, or festival. Are you really stuck on your current name?

Is your target market Indonesian or English-speaking tourists?

There's some great content on wikipedia about the history of rock festivals: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rock_festival and the names of many great events are given there. Now you probably can't copy any of them but you could make up your own in a way that might leverage the connection, e.g.

* Jakartastock
* Yollojakarta
* Jakarta Three Huge Days Out

OK, if you're stuck with your current name, some taglines might be:

* Rocking the Archipelago
* Feel the Heat
* Tsunami of Rock
* Eruption on the Archipelago

If the target is non-Indonesians, you might want to think about how you communicate security and safety to people who might be concerned the event could be a target for a JI-type terrorist attack. Many Westerners are concerned about security in Indonesia following the Jakarta and Bali bombings, and I'm guessing it would be the number one objection to attendance by the target market.
