Carpet/tile Cleaning Biz- Need Tag Line - Help?

We have a carpet/tile cleaning biz, we also do water damage clean up. The biz has been around for 17 years, new ownership.

    The prior owner didnt really have a tag line.

    I'd also encourage you to include your 17+ years of experience in the tagline - it's one of the things that makes your business unique:

    Over 17 Years of Expert Carpet/Tile Cleaning (and Repair?)

    Thanks for all the responses thus far, I am sure we will come up with the right tag line.

    I was thinking of using something with the words steaming or gleaming to ryhme with cleaning in the name. Any ideas?
