The differentiators is that the book encourages women to feel good about themselves, to be empowered. Its has a girly bonding, just between you and me feel. Its also for the intelligent woman.

It also overs ALL aspects of grooming and beauty. - not just make-up or dieting bu t the whole thing. There are not thousands of books that do this.

The word traditionally translated into English as "blessed" or "happy" is in the Greek original μακαριος (makarios).

A more literal translation into contemporary English may be "possessing an inward contentedness and joy that is not affected only by the physical circumstances".

You know, Trying to answer the question on differentiation made me realise that I am terrible at finding a niche... its that same problem I always have of having to give something up.

If you can help me out that would be great.

I'll take the question on niche. Right now it sounds like you are trying to be all things to all people. You probably have a wide range of great information, and you have been defining the type of person who will be reading your book. Now, to narrow this down into a niche, you can "own" an angle with the book. Also, publishers are going to want to see that the book is marketable, and they will be even happier if you can create a franchise. How's this for an idea:

    Title: From Head to Toe!
    Subtitle: Advice Intellectually-Charged, Image-Challenged Woman.

Then you can own the "From Head to Toe" brand and create sequels where you give advice to other groups, such as teenage girls, men (can also be subdivided by business men, working men, etc), older women, etc...

BTW, I am also working on a book and found a few useful resource. Unless you already have a deal for your book, don't miss Best Selling Book Proposals By Rick Frishman and Robyn Spizman. The info in it can improve your chances dramatically. Plug Your Book, by Steve Weber is great for online book marketing. 1001 Ways to Market Your Book by John Kremer is full of great advice, but it's overwhelmingly huge!

    Best of luck,

A strong suggestion is to use Pay-Per-Click to help you figure out a name that'll sell your book. We can suggest lots of names, but the one that connects with your target audience should be picked...by your target.

This was most recently done with Tim Ferriss' "The Four-Hour Work Week" book (it's how he named his book). Basically, create a split test between two possible titles, and have landing pages for each prospective book. At worst, you'll get a number of pre-sales.
