    "Pickett Fences House Painting Co."

    By spelling with your name it's more ownable , more trademarkable.

    Creates an image that is relevant to your audience - home owners.

    Could be "Pickett House Painting Co." but will loose some of imagery.

    I would take a different approach: what is people looking for when they paint their houses? (even if they have to do maintenance due to some kind of problem like water leaks or so).... I guess they are looking for a refreshed view, a revamp in their daily life, a drop of happiness.... something like that.

    Following that thinking line, you might end up with names like "Fresh View", or alike....
